Yin Yoga & Vibration: deep connection

Yin Yoga and vibration are made for each other. Yin works with long, passive holds in connective tissue and fascia — the same tissue that is particularly responsive to mechanical vibrations.

When you hold a pose for 3–5 minutes on a vibrating floor, the tissue releases in ways ordinary stretching can't match. The session ends with Shavasana, where the vibration does the work for you.
